BELOW IS WHAT YOU NEED TO VOLUNTEER

• PA State Criminal History Report, ACT 34 - link

• Arrest/Conviction Report, ACT 24 - link to form

• Child Abuse History Certificate, ACT 151 - link

• FBI Fingerprints or Waiver (for PA resident of at least 10 years) -  identogo.com (for fingerprints) or Volunteer Disclosure Statement

While some of you may have previously uploaded your documents to our old system, Safe Kids, we have now transitioned to a new and more user-friendly platform: Navigate 360. Unfortunately, clearances cannot be transferred from one platform to the other, so we need EVERYONE to re-upload their documents in Navigate 360.

All clearances must now be uploaded into Navigate 360. Please follow these steps to upload your clearances:

1. Go to this site: https://vm.navigate360.com/volunteer-portal/landing-page?id=1785

2. Click "Become a Volunteer."

3. Read the Welcome Letter, then click Continue.

4. Complete the Personal Information section, then click Save and Continue.

5. In the Volunteer Information section, upload your clearances and required forms.

6. Verify your information and Submit.

After submission, you will receive an email from Navigate 360 confirming that your application was received. Once reviewed, you will get a follow-up email letting you know whether your application and clearances have been approved or denied. If any questions come up during the process, a district staff member will contact you directly.
