into the light!

The Delone Catholic High School Marching Band is proud to present its 2022 field show, Into the Light! We open with “Shine Bright” by Patrick Roszell. This original composition for band, featuring Cara Bruton on flute, reminds us that we should all serve as a light for others – even in the darkest times. The solemn “Chant” from Tom Tucker’s “Chant and Firedance” briefly interjects a darker mood into the show, with the brass and woodwinds in quiet juxtaposition. We conclude with Richard L. Saucedo’s exuberant “Into the Clouds,” which musically conveys the joy of flying through a brilliant sky!
